Got Respect?® The Gender Difference

This eLearning course focuses on the common, everyday interactions between men and women in the workplace and the importance of creating an environment that is respectful to both genders. By the end of this module, you will be able to identify the impact your actions and behaviors have on others and the importance of personal responsibility in promoting respect in the workplace. By completing this eLearning module, you will be in a better position to; recognize, respond and resolve difficult interactions stemming from gender differences; create better working relationships and improved interpersonal skills, gain a sense of confidence and pride; and experience less conflict and stress due to misunderstandings.
