In the battle between words and pictures, pictures always win. For decades, researchers have found that visual images are easier for the brain to interpret and remember. Vision trumps all other senses, especially during a presentation. How you present visual aids makes a big difference in your effectiveness as a speaker. This is your chance to get some more practice and hone your presentation skills.

This course reviews the physical delivery skills associated with presenting visual aids. Too often, presenters focus all their attention on the content of the slides and miss the important aspects of connecting the audience with the visual message. We'll cover “Clear the News” position as well as the “Tell the Story” position. These positions are named after the actions you take in each spot.

This module serves as a summary for the "Use Visual Aids Effectively" series - providing opportunities for you to demonstrate what you've learned by completing a series of exercises using video examples.
