Bias often creates unnecessary stressful situations, frustration, irrational business decisions and a serious lack of collaboration. All of these can be signs that there may be some level of unconscious biases present. Learning to recognize and respond to unconscious bias is an essential skill for today’s managers.  Creating a respectful workplace will lead to success in your role as manager.
